TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE www.zielone-fasady.pl WEBSHOP

1. The Internet shop operating at the address www.zielone-fasady.pl is run by GREEN FOR FUN SPÓŁKA CYWILNA JAN SPYCHAJ, MARCIN MAKOWSKI, MACIEJ MAJCHRZAK, os. Pod Lipami 104/22, 64-640 Poznań, NIP: PL9721328899.

• 2 Definitions

1. Consumer - a natural person making a purchase not directly related to his/her commercial or professional activity.
2. Entrepreneur - an individual, legal entity or organisational unit making a purchase in connection with its business.
3. Customer - any entity making a purchase from the online shop.
4. Shop - the website operated at www.zielone-fasady.pl.
5. Goods - the product offered in the Shop.

• 3 Technical conditions

1. To use the services of the Shop, a computer with Internet access, a browser and an active e-mail address are required.

• 4 Procurement

1. Orders can be placed 24/7 via www.zielone-fasady.pl.
2. The contract of sale is concluded when the shop confirms the order.
3. The customer is obliged to provide truthful data.

• 5 Prices and payments

1. All prices include VAT and are quoted in Polish zloty.
2. The customer can pay by traditional bank transfer, fast online payments or cash on delivery.

• 6 Delivery

1. Deliveries are made throughout Poland and Europe.
2. Lead time is up to 5 working days unless otherwise stated in the product description.

• 7 Withdrawal from the contract

1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods.
2. The statement should be sent to info@zielone-fasady.pl.
3. The goods should be returned unaltered.

• 8 Complaints

1. Complaints should be submitted to the e-mail address: info@zielone-fasady.pl or by post to the mailing address.
2. The shop will respond to the complaint within 14 days.

• 9 Personal data

1. The administrator of the personal data is GREEN FOR FUN SPÓŁKA CYWILNA.
2. Data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website.

• 10 Final provisions

1. The shop reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions.
2. In matters not regulated, the provisions of the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act shall apply.
